Papua Mining plc (“Papua” or “the Company”) announces that on 23 November 2017 Kieran Harrington, a non-executive Director of the Company sold, for Capital Gains tax planning purposes, 320,000 shares in the Company at a price of 1.2 pence each.
The shares were acquired by two of the Company’s non-executive Directors, Michael Somerset-Leeke and Paul Johnson who each purchased 160,000 shares in the Company.
